COL Gordon Davis, USA and OSC 89 Promoted to Brigadier General

On 28 Aug 09, SecDef announced the 2009 Army Competitive Category Briagdier General List, which included Col Gordon (Skip) Davis, OSC 89 in Montpellier, France. The Senate confirmed the new slate of BGs on 25 Sep 09. Davis becomes the 11th Army Olmsted Scholar to achieve general office rank. BG Davis will be assuming the position of Deputy Chief of Staff Operations/Intelligence, Allied Rapid Reaction Corps in Rheindahlen, Germany.
