Program Updates
Funding Approved for CY 2009 Funding for the 2009 calendar year Cadet and Midshipmen Overseas Travel and Cultural Immersion Program was approved at the Olmsted Foundation Board of Director's Meeting held October 24, 2008 at the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD. The following amounts were approved for distribution for use in CY 2009: Military Service Academies; $100,000 each, with distribution in early 2009. Military Service ROTC Headquarters; $30,000 each with distribution in early 2009. Senior Military Colleges; $10,000 each, with distribution in early 2009. ------------------------------------------------ Institution Reports Due for CY 2008 All institutions that participate in the Undergraduate Overseas Travel and Cultural Immersion Program are required to submit their reports detailing the expenditure of funds and a summary of their respective travel programs. The reports are due at The Foundation's office no later than October 19, 2008. |
